Refund policy

Returns requested for a refund are accepted for 48 hours after receiving your order for online and in store customers. Returns requested for store credit will be accepted for up to 5 days after you receive your order. 

Accepted reasons for return include: The item does not fit. If you'd like to exchange for another size and we have that size available please let us know as soon as possible by emailing madhouse.moore@gmail.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include your order number or receipt. 

Sale items and accessories are final sale.

ONLINE ORDERS CAN NOT BE RETURNED IN STORE WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING madhouse.moore@gmail.com TO BEGIN THE PROCESS.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at madhouse.moore@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. There is no restocking fee, however a return shipping label fee of $5 for flat rate shipping will apply. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. When contacting us please let us know if you would like a refund or exchange as long as it's within the alloted time period. As we are a small business, no returns outside of 14 days from receiving the purchase will be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable item

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us upon receiving the item. The quicker the better as we are a small business with limited quantities available. 


Refunds
Refunds are eligible if you have contacted us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
